Service Care Solutions is working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm, based in Stoke on Trent, which is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join their busy and growing Residential Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and technically strong solicitor who is looking to join a supportive firm with a strong local reputation and consistent workflow.

Role: Conveyancing Solicitor

Location: Stoke on Trent

Salary: £45,000 to £60,000

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion.
• Generate new business for the Conveyancing team.
• Manage compliance requirements of caseloads and ensuring adherence to company policy.

Key Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with a current PC.
• 3 or more years of PQE in Conveyancing law.
• Strong experience handling a full residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Desire to contribute to the continued growth of a reputable local firm.
