Job Description
RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY LAWYER, 4 YEARS' EXPERIENCE, SURREY CIRCA £50,000 (DOE). This is an excellent opportunity to join a well established and highly respected firm, renowned for its expertise and commitment to delivering exceptional client service. JOB REF: 4326

•The role involves managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. It also requires delivering a high standard of client service through proactive communication, efficient case management, and clear, timely updates throughout the transaction process.

•You will supervise and support staff, ensure regulatory and risk compliance, assist colleagues, meet billing targets, contribute to business development, maintain professional development, and use case management and legal software effectively.

•Applications are open to qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives or Chartered Legal Executives with at least 4 years' experience in residential conveyancing, strong experience in freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, and excellent client care skills.

•The role requires confidence in supervising junior staff, strong IT and case management abilities, and a reliable, team focused approach with a commitment to high quality work.

•The role offers excellent transport links and the opportunity to join a supportive, experienced team, working closely with a senior Partner.
