An exciting opportunity has opened up for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join a well-established and reputable firm based in Doncaster.
The Role:
You'll play a key part in advising clients on a broad range of residential property matters, covering both freehold and leasehold transactions. From managing your own caseload to contributing to the growth of the department, this is a role with real variety and progression potential.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, new builds, right to buy and shared ownership purchases
- Supporting junior team members and collaborating across the property department
- Actively contributing to business development and marketing opportunities to drive growth
What We're Looking For:
- UK-qualified Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE in residential property
- Strong client-facing skills and the ability to manage a busy, varied caseload
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to building relationships
