Job Description
Overview

Residential Conveyancing Lawyer, 3+ PQE, Stoke on Trent, £40,000 to £55,000. The firm are seeking a bright, enthusiastic, computer literate Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal Executive to join their Residential Property department. You will be working in a busy Conveyancing team as a fee earner, covering all aspects of Residential Conveyancing including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and buy-to-let/investment properties.

Responsibilities
  • Manage own caseload as a fee earner in a busy Conveyancing team
  • Handle all aspects of Residential Conveyancing including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and buy-to-let/investment properties
  • Build and maintain a network of contacts and referrers
  • Work in accordance with the firm's risk management procedures
  • Provide accurate, reliable work and maintain client confidence
Qualifications
  • Qualified as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Conveyancing Executive
  • Strong communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to manage own caseload, work under pressure, and stay composed
  • 3+ PQE preferred
