Job Description
Residential Conveyancing Lawyer, Exeter, 2+ PQE, £40,000 to £55,000

The firm is seeking a bright, enthusiastic, computer literate Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal Executive to join their Residential Property department. You will be working in a busy Conveyancing team as a fee earner, covering all aspects of Residential Conveyancing including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and buy to let/investment properties.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Qualified as a Solicitor or Legal Executive, or an experienced Conveyancing Executive.
  • 2+ PQE (Professional Qualifying Experience).
  • Computer literate.
  • Confident managing own caseload, strong communication skills, calm under pressure, accurate and reliable work, compliance with risk management procedures.
  • Ability to build and maintain a network of contacts and referrers.
Responsibilities
  • Manage entire residential conveyancing process: sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, buy to let/investment properties.
  • Operate as a fee earner within a busy conveyancing team.
  • Perform work accurately, reliably and in accordance with the firm's risk management procedures.
  • Build and maintain professional networks and referrer relationships.
