Responsibilities- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership and help-to-buy schemes
You'll have direct client contact and be encouraged to take an active role in business development and maintaining strong local relationships.
The Candidate- Qualified Solicitor (or Legal Executive) with 2+ years' PQE in residential property
- Proven ability to manage your own caseload independently from instruction through to completion
- A client-focused approach with excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude
- Experience using case management systems is desirable
