Residential Property Solicitor / Fee Earner

Nelson Bridges is delighted to be working on behalf of a highly regarded law firm in Ripon who are looking to appoint an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, FILEX or Fee Earner to join their established team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong Residential Property experience who is looking for quality work, a supportive environment and genuine opportunities to develop their career.

The Role

You'll manage a varied Residential Property caseload, including:

• Sales and purchases
• Freehold and leasehold transactions
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• New-build matters
• Unregistered property
• Business purchases and sales

We're open to:

• Qualified Solicitors / FILEX
• Experienced Residential Property Fee Earners
• Candidates working towards a relevant qualification with substantial experience

You'll ideally have strong technical knowledge across a broad range of residential transactions, excellent client-care skills and the ability to manage your own caseload effectively.
