Residential Property Post-Completion Coordinator

HCB Solicitors Limited is recruiting a Post Completions specialist to join the Residential Property team at our Redditch office. The role focuses on handling post-completion tasks, SDLT submissions, notices to management companies, registrations, and file closures.
