Residential Property Manager - Lettings & Tenant Care

GCB Agency Recruitment is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our established lettings team in Cromer. You will manage a portfolio of residential properties from move in through tenancy end, acting as the main contact for landlords, tenants and contractors.

The role offers a basic salary of £28,000-£32,000, opportunities for career progression, ongoing training, a supportive team environment and holiday entitlement. A full UK driving licence is preferred.
