Residential Property Manager - Lead, Client Services

Cozee Properties seeks a Residential Property Manager at our Gray's Inn Road office in London. You will own onboarding, offboarding, and compliance within our Property Management department, leading a client services team and coordinating with Accounts and Maintenance to ensure seamless tenancy operations.

The role requires 2-4 years of property management experience, strong knowledge of tenancy compliance (Right to Rent, AML, deposits, Section 21/8), and a proactive, detail-driven approach.
