Salary: £50,000 + Performance Bonus

The Opportunity

Pab Staffing Solutions is delighted to be partnering with a respected law firm to recruit an experienced Residential Property Lawyer.

This role is ideal for a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX) who has experience independently managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.

You'll join an experienced property team, working on a varied caseload while benefiting from excellent support, modern case management systems, and genuine opportunities for career progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion.
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Manage new build, shared ownership, remortgage, and transfer of equity transactions.
• Provide clear and practical legal advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documentation.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, brokers, developers, and other solicitors.
• Identify and resolve legal issues efficiently while managing risk.
• Ensure compliance with SRA regulations and internal quality standards.
• Support and mentor junior colleagues where appropriate.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience throughout every transaction.

About You

• Qualification as a Solicitor (England & Wales), Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX).
• At least one year's experience independently managing a residential conveyancing caseload.
• Strong knowledge of residential property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, new build, and shared ownership.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• A proactive, commercially aware, and solutions-focused approach.
• The ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
