Job Description

We are working with a well-regarded law firm that is seeking a Residential Conveyancer or Conveyancing Lawyer to join its established property department. This role offers the chance to manage a varied caseload, develop client relationships, and progress your career within a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a full caseload of residential property matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
  • Draft, review and negotiate contracts and other conveyancing-related legal documents.
  • Provide clear and timely advice to clients, ensuring they are fully informed throughout each stage of the process.
  • Handle transactions from instruction through to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and compliance standards are followed.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all work complies with anti-money laundering regulations and Lexcel standards.

About You
  • Experience handling residential conveyancing transactions, either qualified (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX) or qualified by experience.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage work independently.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills, able to handle multiple priorities.
  • Clear and confident communicator with strong client service skills.
  • A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
