Residential Listings Lead - Uncapped Commission

Connells Group, the Home of Opportunity, seeks a motivated Residential Sales Manager / Lister to join Bairstow Eves in Brentwood. You will win new instructions, list properties, and deliver outstanding client service while guiding customers through the sales journey.

In this role you'll build relationships with clients, manage market listings, and coordinate with Mortgage Advisors. A strong track record in estate agency, leadership potential, and UK driving licence are expected.
