Residential Lettings & Property Manager (D License)

Elk Recruitment is seeking a driven Real Estate Manager for their client in Carlow. This permanent, full-time position offers a salary range of €45,000 - €50,000+. The ideal candidate will have experience in property and lettings management as well as a strong knowledge of Irish Residential Tenancies legislation.

The role involves managing end-to-end lettings, coordinating maintenance, and providing excellent customer service to both landlords and tenants. A PSRA License is essential, and candidates must have their own car.
