Residential Family Support Worker Night Shifts

Keys Group in Hinckley is seeking a Family Support Worker to join our Residential Family Assessment Centre. You will support parents and their babies, providing practical help and guidance while assessments and action plans are developed to support family recovery.

The role requires a caring, flexible and resilient approach, with no formal experience required but welcome. DBS paid, career development and a structured induction are provided to help you grow within our team.
