Residential Development Planner (12-Month FTC)

Persimmon Homes in Gosforth, NE13, is recruiting a Development Planner on a 12 month fixed term maternity cover. You will join the land and planning department to shape future residential schemes and work within a dynamic multi-disciplinary team.

The role involves carrying out planning appraisals, preparing submissions (Outline/Full/Reserved Matters) and coordinating with internal designers, external consultants and planning authorities.
