Residential Development Associate - High-Value Land Deals

G2 Legal Limited is recruiting a Residential Development Associate for its Manchester team. The role targets lawyers with 3-5 PQE who can handle high-value land transactions and work with major housebuilders, developers, promoters and landowners across England and Wales.

The successful candidate will join a leading residential development practice, gaining exposure to strategic land acquisitions, development agreements and joint ventures, with strong training and clear progression paths.
