Residential Development & Community Manager

FirstPort is seeking a Residential Development Manager for the Cheshunt development in Hertfordshire. The role includes a live-in arrangement with rent-free accommodation and a salary of £23,205 per annum plus benefits.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (35 hours), with potential collaboration with Retirement Homesearch to welcome new residents. You will maintain safety, manage contractors, support a Residents Association, build community links, and travel to meetings as required.
