Job Description
As a Residential Deputy Manager, you'll be a trusted leader who helps create a positive, safe and fun home for adults with complex needs.
You'll support the Registered Manager to run our 8-bed service in Birmingham - planning shifts, leading your team, reviewing care plans and ensuring everyone receives the highest standard of person centred support.

What You'll Be Doing- Manage the service in the absence of the Registered Manager
- Plan shifts and ensure smooth day to day running
- Support, supervise and develop staff
- Promote a safe, caring and stimulating environment
- Review care plans and manage risk in line with policies
- Participate in on call duties on a rota basis
- Lead by example and promote our values: Resilience, Courage, Integrity, Respect, Confidence and Innovation
- Minimum 2 years' residential experience supporting adults or young people
- Level 3 Health & Social Care (or willingness to complete it)
- Proven supervisory or leadership experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills
