Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/ILEX/CLC

Senior Residential ConveyancerNorth London A well-established, Lexcel and CQS accredited law firm with a strong national Residential Property presence is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its busy office in North London. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a reputable and supportive team within a forward-thinking practice. The Role The successful candidate will manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion. The role requires confidence, autonomy, and the ability to hit the ground running. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing residential sales and purchases
• Handling remortgages and equity release transactions
• Reviewing and reporting on freehold and leasehold titles
• Dealing with transfers of equity and matrimonial transfers
• Acting on shared ownership leases, lease variations, new build purchases and Help to Buy matters
• Supervising and supporting conveyancing assistants within the department
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships locally
• Cross-referring clients to other departments where appropriate

About You

• Qualified Solicitor, CILEX (ILEX) or CLC
• Ideally 5+ years' PQE (or equivalent experience)
• Substantial experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
• Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of residential property transactions
• Commercial awareness and commitment to client service excellence
• Local market knowledge preferred
