Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

Residential Conveyancing Solicitor required for our Ipswich based legal client who possess an exceptional extremely positive culture for attaining the right work/life balance. In your role as residential conveyancing solicitor, you will be managing a varied residential case load from start to finish and must possess experience in handling your own cases. If you are an experienced residential conveyancing solicitor with at least 1-2 years PQE you may be considered for this position which can be offered to you on a full or part time basis.

• Manage a varied residential case load from start to finish
• Conducting matters on behalf of clients
• Supporting fee-earning work undertaken by colleagues
• Proving exceptional customer service
• Able to offer on a full or part time basis
• Flexible working ability to work 2 days per week from home

• Experienced licensed conveyancer/solicitor with 1-2 years PQE
• Strong understanding of property law and the residential conveyancing process
• Driven and highly motivated with a positive outlook
• Able to work independently as well as being a team player
• Friendly and caring attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer care
