Owing to continued growth, the firm is now seeking an experiencedResidential Conveyancing Solicitor to strengthen its team. Ideally, you will bring at least two years' post-qualification experience and a confident, proactive approach to managing your caseload.You'll be joining a supportive, collaborative team led by an experienced and approachable Partners who are widely recognised for their expertise in residential property. It's an environment where conveyancers feel valued, trusted, and encouraged to develop their skills.In this role, you will:

• Manage a full and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
• Handle freehold, leasehold, remortgage, transfer of equity, and new-build transactions with confidence
• Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and a personable approach
• Work autonomously while still benefiting from a genuinely supportive team culture
