Their team in the Thames Valley is expanding, and they are looking for a driven, detail-oriented individual to join their established and collaborative property practice.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a lawyer who thrives in a service-led environment and enjoys working closely with clients on a one-to-one basis throughout the transaction process.

The Role:

Working as part of a busy but well-supported team, you'll manage a broad caseload of residential property matters including:

Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

Re-mortgages

Transfers of equity

Voluntary first registrations

Lease extensions

You'll be supported by a dedicated legal assistant and encouraged to develop long-term client relationships, providing a high-touch, high-quality service throughout each transaction.

Unlike volume-driven firms, this practice focuses on manageable caseloads and tailored support, allowing lawyers to deliver their best work and complete most transactions faster than the national average.

About You:

We're looking for a qualified and confident Residential Conveyancing Lawyer with a genuine passion for excellent client service.

You will ideally have:

A minimum of 1 year PQE as a Solicitor, CILEX Lawyer, or Licensed Conveyancer

Strong technical knowledge of residential property law

The ability to run your own caseload with minimal supervision

Excellent drafting and communication skills

A proactive, organised, and collaborative approach

A commercial mindset and enthusiasm for client engagement and business development
