The Role

You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:

• Sales and purchases

• Freehold and leasehold transactions

• Transfers of equity

• Re-mortgages

• Providing clear, professional advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, delivering excellent client care, and contributing to a close-knit legal team.

About You

• Minimum 2 years' PQE (or equivalent experience) in Residential Conveyancing

• Confident managing your own conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion

• Strong communication and client-facing skills

• Able to work office-based in Hatfield Peverel

• Access to your own transport due to the rural location
