Residential Conveyancer Flexible Working & Progression

JAM Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Residential Conveyancer in Essex to manage a diverse caseload from instruction through post-completion. The role covers freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages and new-build transactions, with flexible working arrangements.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of PQE, solid technical knowledge and strong client service skills to deliver efficient, high-quality service across all residential property matters.
