A well-established and highly regarded law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its property team in Truro.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor, legal executive or experienced conveyancer who is looking to join a supportive team and develop their career within a successful regional practice.

The Role

You will handle a broad residential property caseload from instruction through to completion, advising clients on matters including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• New-build transactions
• Help to Buy / shared ownership matters
• Lease extensions
• Equity releases
• General residential property matters

You will have the opportunity to manage your own caseload and build strong, long term relationships with clients, agents and other professional contacts.

The Candidate

The firm is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer who can demonstrate:

• Solid experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload
• Strong technical knowledge of residential property
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• The ability to manage matters efficiently and work to deadlines
• A commercially minded and proactive approach
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
