A Residential Conveyancer with at least one year's PQE is sought to join a supportive team in Worcestershire. This full-time or part-time role offers a competitive salary dependent on experience.
The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload covering freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new builds, and shared ownership matters. With appropriate administrative support, you will manage transactions from instruction to completion.

THE ROLE:- You will join a supportive team with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional service to clients across the region.
- The successful candidate will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, with appropriate administrative support.
- Your caseload will include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, Re-mortgage, transfers of equity, new build transactions, shared ownership matters, buy-to-let purchases and investments and general residential property advice
- Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers or Legal Executives with a minimum of 1 years PQE.
- Experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Strong technical knowledge of residential property transactions
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
