Residential Conveyancer - 3+ Years PQE - Nottinghamshire - Salary dependent on experience.

The Role

An ambitious and driven Residential Conveyancer is sought to join a thriving and growing team in Bristol. The role requires managing a varied caseload of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold transactions, deeds of easement, remortgages, and sales and purchases. The successful candidate will advise clients from instruction through to completion, supporting and delivering all aspects of residential conveyancing.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all stages of residential property transactions.
• Advising clients on a broad range of conveyancing matters.
• Maintain high standards of service throughout each transaction.
• Collaborate with the team to manage competing deadlines.
• Develop and nurture client relationships, supporting business development and networking.

Qualifications & Competences

• Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' experience in residential property conveyancing.
• Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of residential conveyancing.
• Excellent communication, client care and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within a busy team environment.
• Experience in managing one's own caseload with appropriate supervision.
• Interest in business development and building long term client relationships.
