A well established and highly regarded Devon law firm is actively expanding its Residential Property/Conveyancing team and is recruiting an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join offices across Torquay, Newton Abbot and wider Devon locations. This is a newly prioritised hire offering stability, progression and a strong pipeline of work.

You will manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages and buy-to-let transactions
- Transfers of equity and property adjustments
- New build, shared ownership and Help to Buy
- Probate related property sales
The firm offers strong administrative support and efficient systems to ensure manageable caseloads and high service levels.
Your Profile- Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEx), Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Fee Earner
- Minimum 1+ years' residential conveyancing experience (flexible for strong candidates)
- Ability to run a caseload independently from start to finish
- Strong client care and organisational skills
- Both qualified and non qualified conveyancers considered
- Established Devon law firm with strong regional presence
