£40,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

We are currently recruiting for a skilled Conveyancer (PQE 3+ years) to join my clients' established and well-respected Residential Conveyancing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a fast paced department that provides real prospects for career advancement and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing approximately 25-30 new files each month
• Acting on a full range of residential conveyancing transactions, including:
  • Sales and purchases
  • Freehold and leasehold matters
  • New build property transactions
  • Transfers of equity
• Delivering clear, practical guidance and ongoing support to clients throughout the conveyancing process
• Supervising and supporting secretarial and administrative staff
• Building, maintaining, and developing strong client and professional relationships
• Ensuring full compliance with billing practices, time recording, and firm-wide procedures
• Playing an active role in the continued growth of the team and the wider department

The Candidate

To be successful, the ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• Previous experience in Residential Conveyancing
• Ambition and enthusiasm to contribute to and help drive the department forward
• A proactive approach and willingness to assist with marketing and promoting the Residential Conveyancing department
• Strong IT capability and excellent interpersonal skills
• A positive, professional attitude and team-focused mindset
