Residential Conveyancer

Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join its growing and busy department. This role offers the chance to manage a full caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, playing a key role within a friendly and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a full caseload of residential property matters, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Shared Ownership transactions
• Re-mortgages
• New Build developments
• Handle files from initial instruction to post-completion
• Draft and approve legal documentation, including contracts and transfer deeds
• Provide clear, practical and responsive legal advice to clients
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards

About You

• Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Conveyancer
• Minimum 3 years' experience within a busy residential conveyancing department
• Strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process
• Ability to manage a caseload independently and hit the ground running
• Good IT skills
• Knowledge of Lexcel, SRA Standards & Regulations and Money Laundering Regulations
• Professional, discreet and client-focused
