Residential Conveyancer - Somerset

This long-established and friendly Somerset firm is looking for a Residential Solicitor or Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer to join its busy residential conveyancing department to be based in one of its lovely offices in Somerset.

You must be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge relating to all aspects of residential property transactions including:

Leasehold & Freehold
Registered and Unregistered Properties
Sale & Purchase
Re-mortgage
New build
Right to buy
Help to buy
Shared ownership
Lease extensions
Deeds of variation
