Rawlins Davy Reeves is looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join our Property Team in Poole!

This role is available to all types of residential conveyancing lawyer - those with commercial property experience are also invited to apply.

Responsibilities

• Handle a property caseload and maintain a comprehensive working knowledge of the law concerning all aspects of residential conveyancing.
• Forge strong, positive relationships with colleagues and third parties.
• Work with attention to detail and as part of a collaborative property team, with the ability to work independently when required.

Qualifications and Skills

• Friendly and helpful team player, but able to work independently when required
• Confident communicator
• Well organised with ability to prioritise workload
• Fully IT literate and able to confidently operate MS Office packages and case management systems
• Ability to work accurately with a good attention to detail

You will also have:

• Experience handling a property caseload and a comprehensive working knowledge of the law concerning all aspects of residential conveyancing.
