Residential Conveyancer - Locum

• The appointed conveyancer will handle a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
• You will handle around 40 residential conveyancing files
• An ongoing assignment until the firm hire permanently
• This is a part time role - 2 days a week in the office
• The firm are looking for a qualified solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer with at least 3 years' experience in a similar role
• The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running and work independently
• You will be reliable and proactive with excellent client-care skills
