Residential Conveyancer - Growth, Support & Benefits

JAM Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer in Wiltshire for a full-time role with a salary of £40,000 to £50,000 per annum. You will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, working with qualified Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers or Chartered Legal Executives with at least two years' PQE.

You will handle instruction through to completion, ensuring a smooth conveyancing journey, with strong technical knowledge and communication skills.
