Residential Conveyancer - Gloucester
A fantastic opportunity with a respected multi-office law practice that continues to grow across the South West. The firm has a long-standing reputation for high-quality work and supportive culture and is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its growing property team.
ResponsibilitiesYou'll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, working on a broad mix of matters including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Post completion work
You'll play a key role in delivering a smooth, efficient conveyancing service while maintaining excellent communication with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers and other professionals. Collaboration is central to the team, and you'll work closely with colleagues to keep transactions progressing efficiently.
You'll also have the opportunity to support the department's continued growth through local networking and relationship building.
Candidate Requirements- Strong technical knowledge across a range of conveyancing matters
- Excellent organisation and the ability to prioritise effectively
- A client focused approach with strong communication skills
- Confidence working in a modern, paperless, tech driven environment
- A proactive, supportive attitude and the ability to work well within a team
