Residential Conveyancer - Exeter, Fast-Paced Property Team

Wagstaff Recruitment is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a busy property team in Exeter. The role is open to Solicitors, Legal Executives or Conveyancing Executives who can handle their own caseload and work within a supportive team.

You will manage sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and buy-to-let or investment properties, delivering excellent client care and coordinating with a strong network of referrers.
