Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor / Legal Executive / Conveyancing Executive) - Exeter

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a busy and well-established property team in Exeter. This role is open to qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives or experienced Conveyancing Executives who are confident managing their own caseload. You will handle a broad range of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and buy-to-let or investment properties.

Responsibilities

• Manage files from instruction through to completion, ensuring work is carried out accurately, efficiently and in line with relevant procedures and risk requirements.
• Deliver a high standard of client care, build strong relationships and contribute to developing a network of contacts and referrers.
• Work within a conveyancing team with solid experience and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications / Candidate Profile

• Experience in a conveyancing team with strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment; a calm and professional approach under pressure is essential.
• Open to qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives or experienced Conveyancing Executives who can manage their own caseload.
• Full-time availability with a view to long-term career development within a supportive team environment.

• Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum
