Residential Construction Supervisor - Lead Home Builds

Simonds is seeking a Construction Supervisor to oversee residential home builds in the Thomastown region, from site start to final inspection and maintenance. You will coordinate trades, ensure compliance with OH&S and QA standards, and maintain strong client relationships in a fast-paced, on-site role.

The ideal candidate will have a White Card, proven supervision experience, and the ability to manage a trade network while delivering quality homes on time and within budget.
