Residential Construction Project Lead

The Demo Data Ltd. is seeking a Project Manager to lead delivery of residential construction projects from pre-construction to handover, coordinating design teams, site teams and clients.

You will manage programme, cost, quality, health & safety, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and compliance with required standards. Experience in main contracting and multidisciplinary teams is essential.
