Residential Children's Team Leader - Sleep-In Shifts

Bay View Childcare is recruiting a confident, caring Residential Home Team Leader in Heysham to support up to four children aged 8-18 with social, emotional and behavioural needs. You'll lead a home, promote safeguarding, and help shape a safe, nurturing environment.

You will supervise day-to-day operations, develop care plans, and work to maintain Good/Outstanding Ofsted standards. The role includes sleep-ins and a 40-hour week, with fantastic progression and training opportunities.
