Residential Childcare Worker - Nurture & Empower Youth

Active Care Group is seeking a dedicated care professional to support the management of a children's residential home. You will work on a rota including weekends and provide care under established plans, aiming to help CYP reach their full potential with appropriate medical support as needed.

Role requires strong organisation, reliability, and the ability to work both in a team and independently. Opportunities for development and training are offered within the Active Learning Hub.
