Residential Childcare Worker - Flexible Hours & Growth

The Elms in Somerset is offering Residential Support Worker roles with permanent contracts and flexible hours (22, 22.5 or 30 per week). You will provide high quality, child centred care for children with complex needs, including sleep-ins and weekend work.

A strong focus on safeguarding, independence and development is included, with excellent training and career progression. Salary is Grade 13 (£25,989-£28,142 per year, pro rata) plus an annual recruitment allowance.
