No previous experience? No problem. We provide full training, guidance, and support to help you develop into a confident, skilled Residential Child Care Worker. All we ask is that you bring compassion, resilience, teamwork, and a genuine desire to make a difference.

• Outdoor and coastal adventures-surfing, paddleboarding, coastal walks, beach days, sea swimming, rock pooling, and exploring Cornwall's stunning countryside.
