Residential Care Worker (RCW - Children's Homes)

Pay: £13 - £16 per hour + sleep-in rates

Experience: EBD / challenging behaviour preferred

Responsibilities

• Support young people in residential settings
• Behaviour management & emotional support
• Promote routines, education & wellbeing
• Work within safeguarding frameworks

Requirements (ESSENTIAL)

• Minimum 6 months experience working in children's residential care
• Experience supporting young people with EBD or challenging behaviour
• Understanding of safeguarding & child protection procedures
• Ability to work shifts including sleep-insli>
• Right to work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS

Desirable

• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or working towards)
• PMVA/MAPA or Team Teach training
• Driving licence
