Residential Care Team Leader (Bank) - Day & Night Shifts

Shaw Healthcare is seeking a Bank Team Leader for Orchard House in Withington. You will lead the team on shift, promoting best practice and ensuring residents receive high-quality care. The role involves supporting staff, coordinating activities and maintaining safety on site.

Experience with older people in residential care and NVQ/QCF Level 3 Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is required. You should be flexible, caring, well-organised and able to lead a team with initiative.
