Harrow Council is seeking a Team Leader for their Adults & Public Health Directorate. This role focuses on developing high-quality care services in residential settings, under the supervision of the Registered Manager. The ideal candidate will have significant experience working with adults with disabilities, a minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, and be skilled in risk assessments and team management.
