Residential Care Shift Leader - Lead & Support Young People

The Deaf Academy in Exmouth is seeking a Shift Leader for its residential care provision, supporting students aged 9-25. You will lead care teams, ensure a safe culture, and oversee records and safeguarding with the Head of Care and Deputy Care Manager.

The team includes Deaf and hearing staff working together to achieve the best outcomes. You will help residents develop independent living skills, arrange community activities, and coordinate placements.
