Residential Care Manager (Waterford)

CPL HealthCare seeks a Person in Charge for residential disability services in Waterford. The role focuses on delivering high-quality support and leading a multidisciplinary team to meet HIQA standards and Department of Health regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a professional degree in Social Care (or Nursing) and a strong track record in management within health or social care, including experience with ID or Autism. A driving license and vehicle access are required.
