Residential Care Deputy Manager - Wellbeing Leader

National Star in England seeks a Deputy Manager (Residential Care) to lead and develop a care team, promote high standards and ensure wellbeing of students through effective management and quality assurance. You will need a Level 3 qualification or above in health or social care, and at least two years of care experience including staff management.

Availability for early/late shifts and every other weekend is required.
